Public Disclosure

These disclosure logs are prepared in accordance with sections 18(d) and 25 of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009. The purpose is to make publicly available a record of access applications where information has been released to an applicant. The disclosure logs:

  • identify the application
  • note the date of decision of the application
  • provide a description of the information released
  • note whether the information is now available to members of the public and how it can be accessed
