Dr Andy Marks

Dr Andy Marks is a senior leader with more than 20 years’ experience across the public, private and not‑for‑profit sectors, specialising in policy reform, strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement and governance. 

Dr Marks is currently Executive Director of the Australian Technology Network of Universities and Founder and Principal of Third Album Advisory. He brings extensive governance experience, serving on several boards including Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District, Evolve Housing and Wentworth Healthcare. He is also a Trustee of the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust.  

Dr Marks holds a PhD in Politics and Literature, first‑class honours in Political Science, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
